What is Wobbu?

Wobbu is a company based in Lithuania that produces customizable collectible figurines. Our goal is to bring joy and huge smiles :)

What is the cost of the order?

The price depends on the chosen figurine, it can be 60€, it can be over 400€ (if the ordered figurine consists of four people). Also, the price of the bobblehead depends on the selected size and other features.

How long does delivery take?

The delivery time depends on the amount of modifications the customer requests to make on the bobblehead, but we usually deliver in less than a month.

What is the shipping cost?

We offer free worldwide shipping. We also offer an Express shipping option that costs €50 and includes figure modeling prioritization.

Can I get a refund?

Until the figurine is shipped, we offer a refund regardless of the reason. The refund amount will be 30% less than the order amount. Once the figurine has been shipped, there are no refunds unless the wrong item was shipped or arrived with defects.
