How long will it take to receive my order?
There are several options for production and delivery speed when placing an order. It will take a minimum of 10-30 business days from the time you place your order until you receive your figurine.
Time to receive your bobblehead
= Sculpting time + modification time + shipping time
Shipping options:
Standard: Usually takes 7-20 days FREE
Express: Usually takes 5-7 days 50€
Depending on the shipping option you choose, our sculpting services also vary.
Standard: We send you a photo of the figurine for your approval within 7-10 business days after each modification.
Express: We send you a photo of the figurine for your approval within 3-5 days after each modification.
While we offer unlimited free repairs and modifications, each modification will take an additional 2-5 business days.
Can I change the delivery address of my order?
If you need to change the delivery address, please send us an email at wobbu.storee@gmail.com within 48 hours of placing your order. We can help until the package is shipped. Please send an email to our email address with your current shipping address and the address you want to change it to.
Please note: once your order has been shipped, you might not be able to change the delivery address.

Express shipping - 5-7 business days - 50€
How will I know my order has shipped?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is ready to ship.
Please note that orders may take up to 15 business days to process before they are shipped due to customized work involved.
Once you have received this email please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking number to update.
Please keep in mind delivery dates may change due to inclement weather conditions or holiday.
Please note: The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to a value-added tax (VAT) or import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country.
These charges must be paid for by the recipient. wobbu.store has no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they might be.
Shipping Damage
All merchandise is carefully packaged for shipment, and damage case seldom happens. If you get damaged bobbleheads, please take photos and contact us soon, we will redo it for free to replace. (Digital photos of damaged product is necessary for our damage claims. Proofs must be sent to us within 48 hours after you get it).
Please note: Saturday, Sunday and Holidays (National Lithuanian) such as Christmas, do not count within the delivery time.
Wrong Address
The parcel usually arrives at the destination 10-15 business days after delivery. In order to receive the products successfully, please provide the correct address information and keep the mobile phone free.
We will not be responsible for parcels sent to the wrong address since the address used for shipping labels is pulled directly from the information you give us when placing your order. We do not manually type anything, so if the address is incorrect, it's not because we made a mistake. Please be mindful of auto-filled addresses!
Please note:
If your personalized product was re-made, your order might be delayed. Only those items that passed the quality inspection process can be sent out, with our standards and aim to supply you a perfect gift.
At this time, we do not ship to APO/FPO addresses or college dorms. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico may exceed normal delivery time.
Expedited shipping is not offered to P.O. Box shipping addresses.
We do not offer overnight shipping.
